Executive Search Process

Step 1

We meet the stakeholders to understand the role, job requirements, the organization’s culture and criteria. Stakeholders could be the members of the executive team and/or hr managers of the organization.

Step 2

We study the job profile, organization’s criteria, and the market situation and come up with some certain key skills, experience and qualifications the right candidate would have.

Step 3

In line with the key points, we then start a market mapping process to identify the right sort of talent in similar and/or relevant organizations in the required market, we also get our referrals in our network and a long list of potential candidates is developed.

Step 4

The prospects in the long list are later contacted to see whether they really match our clients’ requirements and are interested. Since they are mostly passive candidates who are actually not looking to move from their current organization, the first contact with them is highly important and has to be handled delicately for our clients. The qualifying process also gives us a great opportunity to understand their major motivations and how well they would be fitting in the organizations’ culture. At the end of these first contacts, a short list of potential candidates is created with the qualified profiles.

Step 5

The shortlisted candidates are interviewed in depth by one of our consultants either in person or over video conferencing tools, depending on the logistics. And candidate profiles are created.

Step 6

Profiles of the top candidates are shared with the client.

Step 7

We schedule client interviews for the selected profiles from our shortlist.

Step 8

An offer letter is extended to the selected candidate. We assist our client construct an attractive offer, and negotiate and facilitate the closure.

Step 9

Reference checks are done confidentially either by us or by the client depending on the case.

Step 10

We assist with the on-boarding.
